Playbook

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

It is the same playbook as at Tabs: creators film, the winners become paid ads, losers get killed early. Here it runs on Frenchie Bulldog's harnesses, leashes and Cooling Bandanas, a category I have not run. I would lean on your team for what Frenchie owners ask most.

Why now

  • 6

Chalk Art is a six-product set

One print covers the Duo Reversible Harness, Comfort Leash, Strap Harness, Comfort Collar, Cooling Bandana and Poo Bag Holder: six creator hooks from one print.

    Published
  • 2

    Two new Adjustable Harness colorways

The Adjustable Harness in Bad to the Bone and Pink Bad to the Bone is marked New Arrival on the home page, at $39.99. New product, no creator content behind it yet.

    Published
  • $26.39

Little Monsters harness shows a price drop

The Duo Reversible Harness - Little Monsters shows $26.39, struck from $32.99. A creator can say the price without inventing a deal.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

The target is $1 per 1,000 views. The simulator shows $5.74 with ten creators at the $1,000 Standard cap, so every Frenchie video has to earn its place.

  2. One variable per test

Same Frenchie Cooling Bandana, same hook library, one change per test: the first shot, the hook or the $7.99 price line. Losers killed early, winners get the next brief.

  3. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote Frenchie's own lines, like Stay cool, look cool. Anything else goes to #claims in the team workspace before it is posted.

  4. Cap the spend, pay the proof

Base pay runs $300 to $800 by band, caps stop at $1,500, and the $50 bonus needs a video past 100,000 views. The ceiling for ten creators is $15,000.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MartaMon 8:30 AM

Brief for the week: flip the Chalk Art Duo Reversible Harness on camera during a walk. Say Custom Designed for French Bulldogs, put $32.99 in the caption. Seven videos, one hook per video.

Ben: Filming it on tomorrow's walk.

  2. BenTue 11:05 AM

Can I say the Cooling Bandana keeps my Frenchie cool all day?

Marta: Not that. Use the sheet: the mesh stays ice-cold for as long as it stays wet. Keep a water bottle in frame.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report: seven videos per creator posted, hook library updated, two losers killed early. Top format: Soak and wring on the Cooling Bandana.

  4. MartaWed 2:15 PM

Priya, draft sent back: the Strap Harness shot cuts off before the clip closes. Reshoot the opening, and drop the line about it being escape-proof. The claims sheet does not say that.

  5. Report botAppFri 4:40 PM

A Poo Bag Holder - Gummies video passed 100,000 views, organic. The $50 bonus is flagged, one per creator per month. Video moved to the paid test queue.

  6. Report botAppFri 5:10 PM

Bonus check: claims sheet clean, pet-gear category rule clean, organic views only. Cleared for payout.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Soak and wring

    Brief 01

    Soak and wring

    “Stay cool, look cool.”

Close-up: soak the Cooling Bandana, wring it out, tie it on. Water bottle in frame, as the product page says.

  2. Bag on the leash

    Brief 02

    Bag on the leash

“The one clip I never leave the door without.”

Clip the Poo Bag Holder to the leash on camera, then walk out of frame. Show the Gummies print at $9.99.

  3. Front clip walk

    Brief 03

    Front clip walk

“Front clip and back handle: watch my pup walk.”

Fit the Adjustable Harness - Bad to the Bone on the dog, show front clip and back handle, then a short walk.

  4. Strap on, we walk

    Brief 04

    Strap on, we walk

“Strap harness on, and we are out the door.”

One take: put the Chalk Art Strap Harness on, $23.99 on screen, then follow the dog to the door.

  5. Matching leash set

    Brief 05

    Matching leash set

“Same print on leash and collar. Yes, on purpose.”

Flat lay of the Chalk Art Comfort Leash at $17.99 and Comfort Collar at $13.99, then the dog wearing both.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Stay cool, look cool.”, “Keep your Frenchie cool with our unique and effective cooling bandanas!”, “The Frenchie Adjustable Harness provides complete adjustment and comfort for your furry friend.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Frenchie owners already posting

Owners who post a French Bulldog in a Frenchie harness, collar or bandana. Frenchie Bulldog already has an Instagram account, so tagged posts are the first search.

  • Small-breed dog accounts

Boston Terrier and Pug owners, the other breeds named in the Frenchie Bulldog home page description, with their own dog on camera.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on frenchiebulldog.com. No existing roster to inherit, so the first ten start from scratch.

  • Walk and travel content

Owners who film transit and crowded streets. The Adjustable Harness back handle is described for transit and crowded areas.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Owns the breed

Has a French Bulldog, Boston Terrier or Pug on camera, not a borrowed dog.

  2. 2Real walk footage

Shows a real walk with a harness or leash, in natural light.

  3. 3Hold over reach

Earlier dog videos hold viewers early; trial shoot uses the $7.99 Cooling Bandana.

  4. 4Takes the claims sheet

Agrees to quote only Frenchie's own lines and skip health or safety promises.

  5. 5Weekly volume

Can post seven videos a week across the five Frenchie formats.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Frenchie owner on daily walks

Films daily walks with a French Bulldog; the harness gets worn on camera.

Likely product: Frenchie Duo Reversible Harness - Chalk Art

  • Hot-day dog parent

Summer park and patio content where soaking the bandana is the demo.

Likely product: Frenchie Cooling Bandana - Veggies

  • Boston Terrier owner

Small-breed owner outside the Frenchie crowd, the second breed on Frenchie Bulldog's own list.

Likely product: Frenchie Comfort Collar - Chalk Art

  • Pug owner with matching sets

Shows collar, leash and harness in one print on a Pug.

Likely product: Frenchie Comfort Leash - Chalk Art

  • Owner of a dog that pulls

Front leash point is the demo, in line with the page's stubborn pups line.

Likely product: Frenchie Adjustable Harness - Bad to the Bone

  • Daily walk vlogger

Poo bag clip, leash, coffee: the daily-walk routine, filmed with a Poo Bag Holder.

Likely product: Frenchie Poo Bag Holder - Gummies

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise health or safety results, compare Frenchie with other brands, show a dog in distress or overheating, or will not use the claims sheet. Category rule: pet-gear claims stay at Frenchie's own wording.

Claims

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Custom Designed for French Bulldogs!”

Voice-over or caption on Frenchie harness videos

  • “Soak the lightweight cloth in cool water, then wring it out.”

    Cooling Bandana demo videos

  • “One size fits all.”

    Cooling Bandana videos only

  • “Stay cool, look cool.”

    End line on bandana videos

  • “The Frenchie Adjustable Harness provides complete adjustment and comfort for your furry friend.”

    Adjustable Harness videos

  • “Great for All Small Breeds - Boston Terrier, Pug.”

Videos with a Boston Terrier or Pug

  • “with front & back leash points”

Adjustable Harness - Bad to the Bone close-ups

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Keeps your dog cool all day

The page says ice-cold while the cloth stays wet. All day is not on the site.

  • Stops heatstroke

A health outcome. Not Frenchie's wording.

  • Escape-proof harness

Nothing on the site says dogs cannot slip out.

  • The best harness for French Bulldogs

A comparison. The site does not make it.

  • Vet approved

No vet endorsement exists in what the site shows.

  • Ends pulling for good

The page says suitable for stubborn pups, not that it fixes pulling.

  • Fits every dog breed

The site says small breeds, not every breed.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Sale labels such as Save 20% or Save 40%

Percent labels change. Confirm the live price before any creator says it.

  • Which dogs fit S/M and L/XL on the harnesses

The sizing guide page was not found. Ask Frenchie before creators speak about fit.

  • Shipping and transit times

Frenchie's shipping text gives business-day ranges. Confirm they still hold before creators repeat them.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

First-time shooters on the Cooling Bandana and Poo Bag Holder, where the demo is simple.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Owners with steady walk content who carry the Strap Harness and Comfort Leash formats.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Creators whose videos can carry the $39.99 Adjustable Harness and the Duo Reversible Harness.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: a single $50 flat on one Frenchie video past 100,000 views.
  • Per video: the bonus attaches to the one video that crosses 100,000 views, not to a creator's whole week.
  • Organic views only: views bought with Frenchie ad spend do not count toward 100,000.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the pet-gear category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Simulator

For Frenchie: ten creators, 303 videos, 1.8M views, $10,050 cost, $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. Either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Winners move from Starter to Standard, $500 base, $1,000 cap. Hook library grows for Poo Bag Holder and Strap Harness, one variable per test.

  4. Month 3

    Send winners to paid

The best Frenchie videos go into paid tests. Premium, $800 base and $1,500 cap, goes only to creators whose cost holds near $1 per 1,000 views.

  5. Day 90

Review against $1 per 1,000 views

Compare the simulator's $5.74 with real cost per 1,000 views on the Frenchie roster. Keep what moved toward $1, drop the rest.

  6. Ceiling

    Monthly ceiling

All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, comes to $15,000. That is the most Frenchie's creator program can cost in a month.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Exit

From organic to paid

  1. Pick from the Monday report

Frenchie videos that hold viewers longest and pass the claims check go on the shortlist.

  2. Get ad usage in writing

The creator agrees Frenchie can run the video as an ad, with the handle and the claims sheet attached.

  3. Test one variable

Same video, one change: the hook line or the price line, such as the $17.99 Comfort Leash.

  4. Kill losers early

Pause what misses the $1 target, scale what holds, and move the next Frenchie format up.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send viewers to the product page of the item on screen, not the home page. The cart ends in Check out.
  • Shipping line creators can use: all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
  • US transit times vary between 3-5 business days depending on delivery address. Confirm before a creator says it.
  • Returns: items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt date for a credit refund.
  • Price-led videos can point to Sale Harnesses, Sale Leashes or Sale Collars in the Frenchie menu.

Part 15 of 15

Category

Pet accessories: rules creators follow

Frenchie sells harnesses, leashes, collars and Cooling Bandanas. The risk is health and safety talk about the dog, so the rules below keep every video inside Frenchie's own words.

  • Frenchie's words only

Creators quote the seven approved lines on the claims sheet, like Stay cool, look cool. Anything else goes to #claims before posting. No post goes out on a guess.

  • No health outcomes

The Cooling Bandana stays cool while wet, per the product page. No claim that it protects a dog from heat illness or replaces shade and water.

  • Safety on camera

No clip with a dog unattended on a leash, in a parked car or in direct sun. Harness shots show a hand on the Comfort Leash.

  • Real owner, real dog

The dog on camera belongs to the creator. No borrowed dogs, no staged rescues with the Strap Harness.

  • Price lines as shown

Say $7.99, $13.99, $17.99, $23.99, $32.99 or $39.99 only if the site still shows it. Confirm sale labels first. No invented discounts.

  • Disclose the partnership

Every Frenchie post carries a clear paid-partnership label. The $50 bonus needs clean disclosure too, or it does not pay out.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
