Our Reversible Dog Harness consists of breathable, mesh fabric on one side of the harness and soft poly fabric on the other keeping your French Bulldog cool, comfortable, and happy while walking, running, or playing with other "Friendchies".
The Frenchie Reversible Dog Harness is extremely user-friendly. Simply put:
- 1Detach the belly strap from harness
- 2Turn the Reversible Dog Harness inside-out
- 3Pull the strap attached to the neck of the harness through the (very sheik) metal "D-Ring"
- 4Reattach the belly strap to the dog harness (rubber label facing out), feeding it through the loop of the strap attached to the neck.

The stress-free guide to taking your dog's measurements
How do you know which size is right for your dog? One of the best things about pups is that they come in all shapes and sizes -- in addition to the unique parts of every dog's personality, their builds, coloring, tails, and ears offer some of our favorite features of our furry friends.
Obviously, a 20 lb French Bulldog is going to be a very different size and shape from, say, a 20 lb Boxer puppy. Weight is not a good factor for choosing a size for harnesses, collars, and hoodies. The best way to get the right picture of your dog's size is to take her measurements.
You don't need much to measure your dog, besides a good bit of patience! You'll need something to do the actual measuring: Either a soft measuring tape (the kind tailors use) or a length of string and a ruler.
Follow the "two finger rule" for snugness: Your measurement should be tight enough that the measuring tape or string does not fall off, but roomy enough to put two fingers between your dog's fur and the measuring tape.
What measurements should I take?
There are three main measurements to consider when measuring your dog:
- Chest
- This is the widest part of your dog's torso, generally from the base of the shoulders, under the "armpits" of your dog's front legs, and back to the top.
- Neck
- The neck measurement is important to know how the head opening of a hoodie or the first loop of a harness will fit. To take the neck measurement, measure the part of your dog's neck where their collar normally sits.
- Length
- Chest and neck measurements are the most important, but you can also measure your dog's length from the front of his shoulders to the base of his tail.
Which size should I get for Frenchie products?
We have a few different sizing recommendations for our different products. Our strap harnesses are adjustable, making them easier to "guesstimate" when it comes to sizing. And remember -- if you think your pup is between sizes, always go with the larger size.

How to keep your pup safe during winter fun!
No frozen noses allowed!

Protect those paws.
Dog paws are extra-sensitive during the winter, particularly with so many interesting (and dangerous) things to step in.

Think twice about ice.
In the same ways that ice is dangerous for humans, ice can pose a major risk for dogs.

Keep them warm.
If it's too cold outside for you, it's too cold out for your dog: Bring him inside, give him a warm and dry place to snooze, and accessorize with a Frenchie hoodie!

Know your dog's limits.
Quite simply, some dogs can handle the cold better than others. And some just can't handle it at all!

Bust out that leash.
Dogs get lost in winter more often than in any other season because snow, ice, and slush conceal the smells that can help them find their way home.

Stay visible.
Because it gets dark so much earlier, high-visibility leashes and harnesses are a must-have for the winter months.

Bring them inside.
Outdoor dogs should have some kind of shelter: Large enough to lay down and comfortably turn around in, but small enough and lined with some kind of stuffing (like cedar shavings or straw) to help them conserve body heat.
Care & Love
Put all frenchie gear in a laundry bag(for delicates) and wash on a delicate cycle! Make sure to clip the buckles before you throw in the wash! ALWAYS hang dry!
